This coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in high-elevation regions of Honduras, where fertile soils, cool mountain climates, and slow cherry maturation produce dense, flavorful beans. High-grown Honduran coffees are widely known for their natural sweetness and approachable complexity, making them excellent both as single origins and everyday drinking coffees.

After harvest, the beans are fully washed to create a clean, structured cup profile. They are then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a natural method that removes 99.9% of caffeine using only water and carbon filtration, preserving the coffee’s original flavor compounds without chemical solvents.

The result is a decaf that still tastes unmistakably like great coffee — smooth, comforting, and layered with sweetness.
